- Individuals and families with an income up to 300% of the Federal Poverty Level – For example: Single individuals who make $37,470 a year or less or a family of three earing $63,990 for a family of three. The qualifying income varies depending on the number of people in your household.
- People who are uninsured or underinsured.
- Patients who are covered by any form of Medicaid
- Individuals who are employed or unemployed or serving as caregivers
- Residents of the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas

Registration:
You well need the following documents to complete your registration. You may submit these items electronically. If you do not have a specific document, you can also provide a letter of support indicating where you live and who is financially supporting you.
- Copies of current photo ID
- Utility bill, lease, or any mail postmarked or dated within 30 days (or letter of support)
- If employed, current and consecutive pay stubs for the last 30 days (or letter of support)
- If you file taxes, Federal Income Tax Returns (Federal 1040 form) for you and your spouse
