If you need medical care, but you are uninsured or underinsured, you may be eligible to receive the medical care we provide.

We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality healthcare.

We provide reduced or no-cost comprehensive primary care:

  • Ongoing care for chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, allergies, thyroid disorders, and high cholesterol
  • Treatment for minor acute illnesses like bronchitis, sinus infections, influenza, and urinary tract infections
  • Preventive medical care like flu shots, physicals, screenings for cancer and diagnostic tests for chronic illnesses
  • Annual gynecological exams, Pap tests, breast exams, mammograms and some birth control for female patients
  • Routine lab services

While no patient will be turned away for a lack of ability to pay, uninsured patients are asked to make a contribution for services.

  • $10.00 Standard Office Visit (Sick Visit, Follow-Up, or Wellness Visit)
  • $20.00 Specialty Office Visit (GYN, Physical Therapy, Cardiology)
  • $5.00 Nurse and/or Lab Visit
