We provide reduced or no-cost comprehensive primary care:
- Ongoing care for chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, allergies, thyroid disorders, and high cholesterol
- Treatment for minor acute illnesses like bronchitis, sinus infections, influenza, and urinary tract infections
- Preventive medical care like flu shots, physicals, screenings for cancer and diagnostic tests for chronic illnesses
- Annual gynecological exams, Pap tests, breast exams, mammograms and some birth control for female patients
- Routine lab services

While no patient will be turned away for a lack of ability to pay, uninsured patients are asked to make a contribution for services.
- $10.00 Standard Office Visit (Sick Visit, Follow-Up, or Wellness Visit)
- $20.00 Specialty Office Visit (GYN, Physical Therapy, Cardiology)
- $5.00 Nurse and/or Lab Visit
