Accepting patients without insurance or covered by Medicaid

Agile, nimble, and adaptable.

Bradley Free Clinic has been serving the people of the Roanoke Valley for nearly 50 years. A lot has changed. We’ve grown services and scope. A lot hasn’t changed. People still need care, consideration, and respect.

COVID-19 has represented a significant challenge but we have responded in innovative ways. We expanded our outreach programs this past year, including a renewed focus on our Spanish-speaking population, adding bilingual staff, and community outreach. And most recently, we found ways to reach out and serve Afghan refugees who are new to the area and need medical care.

Underlying all of this has been the explosion of behavioral health care. Recognizing that need and our now sizable patient population, we began a major building expansion, the largest since moving into our current building. We opened the William & Margaret Robertson Behavioral Health Wing on July 13, 2022, and we are very grateful to return to in person behavioral health care.

Bradley Free Clinic is here to help. If you or someone you know has a need for our services, we are eager to talk to you. You can even apply to become a patient on this website.
